"Nature-powered performances"
Our Flax Technology blends cutting-edge craftsmanship with the strength of nature.
Built using natural fibers and bio-based epoxy
Our advanced lamination process reduces resin waste by up to 50%.
By minimizing the use of chemical fibers like fiberglass and optimizing our production techniques, we’re redefining surfboard construction with a more conscious and responsible approach.
We’re proud to be pushing the limits of performance while reducing our impact on the planet
Designed to be more resistant to dents and snaps, these boards last longer
AT AIM, WE'RE CONVINCED, THIS IS THE FUTURE OF MORE RESPONSIBLE HIGH PERFORMANCE SURFBOARDS

What is flax fiber ?
Flax fiber is a natural fiber derived from the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum), It has been used for centuries in textiles and composites due to its strength, durability, and eco-friendliness.
Why is flax fiber better for surfboards ?
More Sustainable Than Fiberglass
Flax is a renewable resource that requires less water and fewer pesticides compared to other fiber crops. Unlike fiberglass, it’s biodegradable and has a lower carbon footprint in production. Even our off-cuts can go straight into compost, reducing waste and environmental impact.
Stronger & More Resilient
Flax fibers have a higher tensile strength than E-glass and offer superior impact absorption, making our boards more resistant to dings and snaps. The natural damping properties also reduce vibrations, keeping your ride smooth even in choppy conditions.
Lightweight & Lively Feel
When combined with epoxy, flax fiber surfboards are as light as traditional epoxy boards but with the flex and responsiveness of PU. This creates a unique balance of strength, flex, and durability, enhancing both performance and longevity.
Better Vibration Dampening
Unlike fiberglass, which can feel stiff and chattery, flax absorbs vibrations, delivering a smoother, more controlled ride—especially in rough conditions.
• PU TECHNOLOGY •
"The traditional performance"
Classic PU (Polyurethane) technology has been a staple in surfboard construction for decades. Made with a polyurethane foam core and polyester resin,
PU boards offer a responsive, lively ride that many surfers love.
PU BOARDS OFFER A RESPONSIVE,LIVELY RIDE THAT MANY SURFERS LOVE

Why is polyurethane used for surfboards ?
Responsive Performance
PU boards provide a flex that delivers a dynamic, lively ride with smooth turns and fast reactions.
Buoyancy & Durability
With a dense foam core, PU boards have excellent buoyancy and control on waves, offering a great feel in various conditions.
Lightweight & flex pattern
The lightweight construction and flex pattern of PU boards are a standard in our world. Praised for the ability to dampen chopps and for is predictability under foot.
Considerations about polyurethane Surfboards
While PU boards offer excellent performance, polyurethane foam is not biodegradable and has a higher environmental impact than newer materials. They are also more sensitive to shocks and pressure marks over time. We recommend that you consider the alternative represented by our flax technology.
